The FLOW office is located with Tupoho Iwi & Community Social Services Trust.
The Administrator will play a pivotal role to the daily operation of FLOW and our commitment to our community. The Administrator is a key role in the daily, (Mon-Fri) multi-agency Safety Assessment Meetings (SAM). The FLOW Administrator is an integral member of the SAM table and is currently responsible for recording relevant shared information. They also provide timely and accurate administrative support for the wider FLOW work group. Part of the Administrators role is the preparation of supporting documents prior to Safety Assessment Meetings.
Our Administrator will be a good communicator with proficient computer skills, requiring to access the Police National Intelligence Application, (NIA) Family Safety System, (FSS) and generic applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Training to use NIA and FSS will be provided.
The role will be challenging and varied and will require a commitment to upholding the values of both the Police and Iwi, who are an integral part of the FLOW team.
