YOUR ROLE: 

We are looking for extraordinary Early Childhood Teacher’s (Bachelor Qualified) to join our team as Room Leaders:

As a Room Leader you will:

• Form strong and reciprocal relationships with children, families, educators and the community
• Mentor and provide programming and practical support to your team
• Lead your team with critical thinking and reflective practice
• Have expert knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standard and Early Childhood development research
• Implement a high-quality educational program in collaborationwith children, families, educators and the community.
• Design and provide a safe, developmentally appropriate and engaging learning environment
• Have a commitment to personal and professional development and research
• Display genuine and wholehearted dedication to children, ensuring that each child is heard, seen and valued for who they are.

 Role Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education (or approved equivalent)
• Previous Room Leader experience
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
• Current NSW Working With Children Check
• Strong ability to lead and collaborate with other educators in providing a rich, high quality curriculum
• Strong initiative and ability to work without instruction
