This Christchurch based reputable company provides excellent training and development opportunities, whilst providing ongoing regular work. They are looking for waterway labourers to work on great projects in the waterways and drainage network around the city.

Your new role

As a waterway labourer you will be responsible for maintaining the rivers, streams and waterways and drains around Christchurch both on the banks and in the river, so you will need to be physically fit and confident in water as you might be wading in the streams. Operating weed eaters and using garden tools you will be cutting banks and removing aquatic weed and shrubs. This is a physically demanding role.
