Your leadership capabilities to take on the dispatch responsibility of a sophisticated operation with the support of a solid warehousing team is needed.  Taking on the accountability for all orders and providing the assurance of timely deliveries resulting in high standards in work output is called upon.  Your highly efficient organisational skills and effective communication skills are sought after enabling successful troubleshooting and high efficiency.  Your leadership skills and hands on capabilities will be called upon.  You will be required to get involved and help where the help is needed.  Forklift and reach licence essential as will be your experience and expertise working with a warehouse management system.  Confidence with MS Office Suite and operational strength around document processes and procedures will also be prerequisites.  Management experience and top notch communication skills required.
