Tequila Daisy

Located on the waterfront in Barangaroo, Tequila Daisy is a 200 seat, indoor/outdoor bar and eatery over looking the harbour with a menu based on fresh bold Mexican flavours. Our beverage program has a large listing of Tequila and Mezcal, modern Tequila based cocktails and a comprehensive wine list featuring both new & old world wines. This is a bright, fun and accessible venue that welcomes a wide range of guests. 

Duties and requirements:

WAITERS - We have a few spots available for great waiters. You'll take control of a large section with the help of runners to help service your area. Your main role is guest engagement. You MUST have good knowledge of food & beverages and be able to provide a service led experience to our guests. Good hours and pay grades for the right candidates. 

While we may be a high energy, fun and accessible venue, there will be a clear sequence of service and an expectation of commitment to being knowledgeable, engaged and attentive with our guests. We expect you have the ability to multi task, and have a fun positive energy to match vibe of the venue.

With opening days across lunches and dinners 7 days of the week, there is plenty of flexibility and availability in rosters.
