We are looking for a Paediatric Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist who is experienced in working with infants and young children and has a passion for developmental therapy to join our community team.

You will be part of the multi-disciplinary Children’s Community Team, providing developmental support to infants and young children (0-2 years), in partnership with their family/whanau. Assessment and interventions are provided primarily in the community setting.

Knowledge and experience in the areas of neonates, early child development and neurology is essential. As a Visiting Neurodevelopmental therapist you will be working in a transdisciplinary model, providing developmental support to infants and young children with a wide range of developmental difficulties. Team work is an essential part of the role, working collaboratively with medical and other allied health professionals and community services.

We are looking for clinicians to join our experienced, supportive and dynamic allied health team. You will have opportunities to grow in skill and knowledge and have regular supervision.

A current driver's licence and current NZ Annual Practising Certificate is essential.

This role contributes to the provision of the Child Health Service and is collaborative, responsive to the needs of the clients and upholds the principles of partnership working.
