About the role:
We are seeking to add a professional and energetic Receptionist to our dynamic team, this is a permanent position and is vital to the everyday success of the clinic, and as such we are seeking an experienced candidate.
Your duties will include: 

• Delivering outstanding customer service to our clients over the phone and face-to-face. 
• Booking appointments and triaging calls. 
• Managing multi-faceted client enquiries including animal health care issues.
• Processing of invoices and cash handling. 
• General administration and support duties as required. 
• Providing effective communication and accurate information handover to vets, nurses, and co-workers.
• Working across weekdays with rostered 8-hour shifts. 

About You:

• Reception experience in a vet clinic or medical field will be highly regarded. 
• Bright, bubbly and welcoming personality.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Proven experience in a busy customer service and reception setting is required. 
• Mature and confident approach when communicating with clients.
• Demonstrated computer literacy is essential and experience with RXWorks practice management software would be advantageous.
