Auckland Live & Conventions is seeking an experienced administrator, with a background in HR, training, and recruitment, to take on this full-time role.
Auckland Live & Conventions is a key cultivator of culture in Auckland. We champion Auckland internationally to attract big-name shows and concerts, collaborate with arts companies and festivals and introduce children to the excitement of the stage. Auckland Live presents events across Auckland's major performing arts venues and stadiums - Aotea Centre, Auckland Town Hall, The Civic, Aotea Square, Bruce Mason Centre, Queens Wharf, North Harbour Stadium, Mt Smart Stadium and Western Springs Stadium.
The Venue Services Administrator role is varied and demanding as you liaise with everyone in our large team, helping with everything from recruitment and workforce planning to team communications, uniform requests and arranging training sessions.

You will be inquisitive, proactive, and able to work well with a diverse range of people across all levels of the organisation. You will have good initiative and the ability to balance competing demands with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least three years administration experience in Recruitment and/or an HR environment as a good understanding of HR procedures is preferred. You will also have strong experience and well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, EBMS and SAP along with excellent verbal and written communication.
A background in events or hospitality is also advantageous!
