Due to the growth of the business, we are in search of experienced and self motivated sales consultant, property manager, leasing consultant & administration assistant to join our growing team!

The successful candidate will possess:

Sales consultant:

Solid sales experience;
Effective negotiation and customer service skills;
Be passionate about property;
Polished and professional presentation;
 

Property Manager:

Portfolio management;
Application processing & coordinate move in;
Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals;
Repairs and Maintenance;
Liaise with renter, rental provider, contractors;
 

Leasing Consultant:

Full time/ Part Time/ Casual
Conduct open for inspections;
Conduct routine inspections;
Provide updates to property manager & rental provider

Administration Assistant:

Work closely with director and property manager;
Reception Duties;
Managing office;
General administrative task

Required skills/experience: 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
An ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads;
A proactive and positive attitude;
A current Real Estate License / Certificate of Registration;
Valid Victorian driving license
