The opportunity   

We’re looking for several UX Designers, within the Financial Services Technology Consulting team - based in our Sydney and Melbourne offices. 

The team pitches, designs and delivers a range of products and platforms for Tier 1 clients. 

Skills and attributes for success:  

• 4-6 Years of experience as a UX Designer 
• Strong visual design skills, with a verifiable portfolio 
• Experience with human-centred design and prototyping 
• Experience creating journey maps and service blueprints  
• Flexibility to work with a range of tools, including Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Jira. 
• Able to collaborate with product, technical and customer facing stakeholders 
• A high level of customer empathy and insight 
• Ability to work in highly collaborative Agile teams 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Basic front-end development skills 
• Consulting experience

Regarding this role, the minimum salary is AUD $80,000 plus 10% superannuation.
