What will you do?

·      Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.

·      Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.

·      Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.

·      Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

·      Co-create and present research insights that are actionable, compelling, and connected to business strategy to a range of audiences.

·      Work in a fast-paced setting where problem spaces are broad and often ambiguous.

What do you need to succeed?

Must- Have

·      Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Design, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology or other research-oriented discipline of Humanities, Political Science or equivalent practical experience.

·      Experience collaborating with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.

·      Experience designing interactive user interfaces (low-fidelity & high-fidelity designs

·      Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies, tools and research methods

·      Collaborative team player; self-starter, entrepreneurial

• Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.

Nice-to-have

·      Experience in the financial services sector/corporate setting

·      Acumen in analytics and quantitative research

·      Background in Strategic Foresight

·      Experience leading design strategy and aligning cross-functional teams through projects with effective project management skills.
