Our Whanganui Alliance is currently seeking an Urban Patrol Person to undertake their duties in the Whanganui urban environment. In this position, you will play a significant role in the urban maintenance team providing a quality service to our community.

You will be responsible for undertaking programmed inspections, identifying and recording defects, carrying out routine and emergency maintenance ensuring that the urban network is kept in a safe condition for public use. This is a role where you can achieve results daily!

About You:

The successful applicant will:
•  Be comfortable working alone
•  Have a reasonable level of fitness
•  Have good literacy skills including computer use or ability to learn system use
•  Be self-motivated and task orientated
•  A strong sense of time management
•  Hold a Class 2 license
•  Available for after-hours call-out roster
•  Traffic Management TC level preferred (Not essential)
