The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.

 

Responsibilities:    

•    Manage the production aspects of multiple productions.

•    Support the various editorial teams in the development and planning of shoots, and support the Senior Production Manager in the management of resources and costs.

•    Oversee and support the Production Coordinator(s) with management of production documents and assets, logistics of filming (travel and scheduling), and communication with production personnel.  

•    Oversee management of all production related document deliverables and coordinate with Post Production Manager on finalizing and archiving the series final deliverables.

•    Support the Senior Production Manager in review of liability and logistics on all filming plans, including but not limited to, the provisioning of safety plans, special travel documents (including visas), insurances, etc…

•    Track all production related costs and support the Senior Production Manager in processing of expenses, including but not limited to, payroll, invoices, credit cards, etc…

•    Liaise with the business affairs department on agreements, permits, clearances, and releases.

•    Support Post Production Manager in the acquisition and delivery of all production assets and deliverables.

•    Onboard and support the Senior Production Manager in the onboarding of all production personnel, including crew deal memos, and track/catalog all contracts and confidential paperwork.

•    Oversee the maintenance, collection, booking and management of all productions equipment and gear, and management of Carnets.

 

Qualifications:    

•    3-5 yrs. work experience in film and television production management.  

•    Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and take initiative;

•    Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints, meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy;

•    Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and knowledge of scheduling programs an asset.

•    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to be adaptable and flexible in various situations;

•    Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;

•    Experience with clearances for film and television production;

•    Able to work independently when required;

•    Able to work with a large team

 

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
