Role description:
- Take calls from the parents of our students to resolve their questions and concerns
- Engage with parents and students face to face to resolve their concerns
- Day to day operations (taking attendance, printing class materials, inputting data into spreadsheets, maintaining cleanliness of branch)
- Coordinate staff communications to make sure our systems function smoothly
- Opening and/or closing of centre before and after operating hours

Qualifications & experience
- Previous customer service roles preferred
