Job Description:

• Overall experience of 8+ years in quality assurance and testing with hands on experience in automation testing 
• 5+ years of hands-on automation testing experience on Java selenium-based automation framework, API automation with Java, Page object model, data driven, keyword driven, hybrid and BDD frameworks 
• 3+ years of experience in leading automation and manual team. 
• Ability to lead automation team of 2-3 members and manual team of 5-6 members 
• Lead relationships with Project team, offshore team, client/customer, release team, third parties 
• Ability to establish automation process on the project according to company test automation strategy and guidelines 
• Experience in automation strategy, manual strategy, plan, estimates 
• Expertise in implementing automation in multiple channels (web browser, desktop, API) 
• CI-CD, Jenkins, Maven, Git, Bitbucket, TestNG, Eclipse/IntelliJ 
• Experience in Jira, confluence, TestRail, managing test cases, test plans using Jira plugins Zephyr 
• Experience in developing regression test cases on complex functionality 
• Experience in handling triage calls 
• Along with technical skills good experience on team formation, management, leading a team, stakeholder/customer interaction 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
