What do you need to succeed?

Required Skills:

• Architect and develop overall QA solutions strategy by analyzing System; confer with users or system engineers
• Provide technical QA leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on the delivery of quality solutions
• MustImplement fast and efficient QA cycles by using state-of-the-art technologies to build comprehensive tests.
• Must have exp. in Insurance(preferably in Life/Group insurance) domain background.
• Translate business requirements and processes into technical QA requirements and configuration settings specific to software application solutions
• Reviewing new designs, challenging them to detect potential quality concerns and proposing ways to address them
• Planning the automated tests suite for the applications, prioritizing scenarios to automate and providing detailed guidelines for implementing them.
• Analyze and understand the existing test environment and test data limitations and provide a possible workaround for constraints
• Supporting and independently completing test orchestration across the SDLC, which will require problem-solving using analysis, experience, and decision making.

 Nice to have:

•            Deep understanding of QA methodologies

•            Passion for quality and for envisioning the customer’s experience of the product

•            Strong technical background as well as proven analytical/problem solving abilities

•            Being a self-learner with good technical skills and great attention to details

•            Being a team player, eager to collaborate closely with the developers in the team, product owners, and other QA professionals to achieve the highest quality results.
