Job Description:

• Overall 6+ years of IT experience.
• QA testing using Python/ROBOT frame work.
• Must have good exp. in Python automation as the test automation framework used in Cognizant is python based.
• Should have experience in designing Robot Framework (keyword driven framework).
• Experienced in building, customizing and maintaining the automation framework 
• Hands on experience in automating web based  API and database centric applications.
• Should have extensive working experience in functional testing of all components of web  desktop and mobile applications comprising black box  smoke  system and regression testing.
• Good exp. in Webservice Testing/REST API/SOAPUI/
• Most of the test scenarios related data comparison, hence the candidate should have a knowledge on SQL queries and the Operating System we are using is Unix hence Unix knowledge is recommend.
• Create test strategy, identify test scenarios create, review test plan  and identify risks and take corrective actions.
• Experienced in Continuous Integration setup for automated build verification.
• Good QA tracking tools exposure(ALM/JIRA)
• Experience in Unix commands for files processing and running scripts.
• Should have Strong data analysis, data verification and problem solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Capital markets and banking.
