Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking an HR Admin to join their outgoing team for a contract role.

As the HR Admin, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Help with a recruitment and new employee onboarding
  • Filing
  • Create job posting and offer letters
  • Arrange orientations
  • Sending documents
  • Helping with the implementation
  • Ad hoc duties as requested

Play a vital role as an HR Admin with our client. The successful HR Admin will possess the following:

  • Previous HR/Recruit experience
  • Basic administrative experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Superior accuracy and attention to detail
  • Available to start immediately
