Description

Our client, a manufacturing and assembly company, seeks a Corporate Controller to support the team for a 6-month term.

Your responsibilities will be to:

- Prepare monthly, and quarterly consolidated Financial Statements

- Manage the preparation of corporate and consolidated budgets and forecasts

- Provide support for all accounting and financial reporting functions

- Act as key contact to external auditors and provide necessary financial and tax working papers

- Provide financial analyses as needed 

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you are a designated finance professional (CPA or equivalent), with at least 4 years of experience working in a leadership role.

In addition, the following skills are desired:

- Working experience in a public company and manufacturing sector would be considered an asset

- Working knowledge of IFRS preferred

- Strong attention to detail

- Superior communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex issues

- Strong Excel skills
