We are now in search of a temporary Medical Office Assistant or Receptionist for a busy Physiotherapy Clinic in Langford, BC! The successful candidate will have some experience in a clinic setting, and be available for the following dates:
June 24th to June 30th
Opportunity: Temporary
Location: Langford, BC
Pay: $20/hr.

Responsibilities
* Answering calls and greeting clients
* Scheduling and booking appts
* Follow up and referrals
* Maintaining file system
* Medical billing
* Handles queries and requests for confidential information efficiently
Qualifications
- Medical Office Assistant experience is an asset
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience working with patients and medical billing an asset
- Experience with Jane software a huge asset
- Adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Efficiently deal with customer inquiries and confidential information
