About the role
We're seeking two temps to join us on a part-time or full-time fixed term engagement till the end of April 2022. You will form part of our Customer Care team with your focus on supporting the team BookMe.
This role can be performed fully remotely with no in- or outbound calls. It entails working in two systems, our ticket management (Freshdesk) and booking (Galaxy).
Process flow overview:
1. Capture data from the booking confirmation email in Freshdesk input Galaxy
2. Assign payment method and number of tickets, then generate the virtual tickets
3. Copy ticket information back into Freshdesk to generate an email to the customer.
We operate 7 days a week between 7am - 8pm, but the hours worked don't have to be confined to the prior mentioned.
About you
You need have prior data capturing experience with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work autonomously, at speed and accurately.
Ideally you will have exposure to ticketing and booking systems.
