Job Title - Technology Architect - Senior

Period: 14 Months

Location – Toronto

Working Hrs.: 7.25 Hrs. / day

Must haves:

• Can lead the delivery and design of architecture in collaboration with project implementation activities
• Demonstrated experience in business, technology and information architecture planning, design and development including Context Diagrams, Solution Deployment Models, Data Flow Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, etc,
• Demonstrated experience modelling IT landscapes, technology related strategies, target state and/or reference architectures and technology roadmaps
• Familiarity with virtual networking, storage, firewalls, virtual servers and tiered application environments

• Demonstrated experience in business, technology and information architecture planning, design and development including Context Diagrams, Solution Deployment Models, Data Flow Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, etc,
• Demonstrated experience modelling IT landscapes, technology related strategies, target state and/or reference architectures and technology roadmaps
• Familiarity with virtual networking, storage, firewalls, virtual servers and tiered application environments
• Experience with Zachman or TOGAF Frameworks
• Experience developing architecture artifacts including: Solution Requirements Document (SRD), Information Architecture Document (IAD), Solution Architecture Document (SAD), Architecture review presentations, Technology Options Analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure solution design

Experience (25%)

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform
• Professional certifications in IT architecture considered an asset
• Experience with HR Business areas is an asset
• Proficiency in all cloud service models: SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
• Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure are preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies including using kanban/task boards to break down project tasks and development
• Extensive experience designing Dynamics 365 and power platform solutions from conception through implementation

Communication Skills (15%)

• Superior communication skills (verbal and written) to explain technical concepts to nontechnical people including senior business and I&IT leadership
• Strong written communication skills to prepare documentation, including but not limited to; reports, reviews, assessments and position papers; presentation skills to present information and findings, options and recommendations to senior officials and managers; ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user friendly manner; maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients
• Strong track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with internal and external customers and vendors
