As a Job coordinator work closely with the management team and job runners to settle all the jobs are running accurately on time for a particular project and help to achieve the desired outcome for the project and also handle more detailed aspects of involving all the phases of the project like Data Entry, Job Execution, Verification and Defect Triage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling target date and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time
Coordinating, attending, and participating in project meetings. (Status call, Defect Triage, Leadership Touch Point)
Working Pro-actively and giving heads-up to the job runners on time
Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users
Sending Status reports to the clients
Good to have Integration experience
Must have Insurance industry experience
