In response to significant growth, Technical Forest Services P/L is looking for future technical foresters to join our rapidly growing team.

The business was borne from a need for quality assurance and inventory information across the forest management sector. Over the past 20 years - Technical Forest Services has become a reliable and trusted provider of field data capture, interpretation, and reporting across the nation. Our business is bolstered by an enviable mix of skills and experience, and as a result, we can tailor a role to suit both experienced and new hires alike. 

About the roles:

The role will be predominantly field-based and involve the capture of forest growth data - often using specialist measurement equipment. 

If you have experience in forestry/or are keen to start a career in forestry, love working outdoors, and have a sense of adventure - we'd love to hear from you. We are especially keen to hear from candidates in the following regions (or those willing to relocate herein);

• Mount Gambier/Green Triangle, 
• Tumut, 
• Bathurst, 
• South East Queensland

About you - You will need to demonstrate that you can meet the following criteria:

• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Proven time management skills.
• Excels  in a team environment.
• Ensure the safety of both yourself and others.

Critical Requirements 

• A current Class C driver's license.
• Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.

Desirable - Not compulsory but certainly viewed favourably:

• Demonstrated wildfire firefighting competency and/or previous experience in forest fire management.
