This dynamic team is on the lookout for customer service representatives with strong communication skills, an innate ability to build rapport and hunger for problem solving. Surrounded by a supportive team and with ongoing training, you are set up to succeed from the start! If you want to expand your contact centre or customer service experience into a new environment with a technical edge then this could be the opportunity for you.

The Role:

  • Full-time, temporary contract
  • 40 hours a week
  • Shifts are between Mon-Sun with two days off in a row each week
  • Central Wellington - brand new office and wfh options once trained

As a Technical Customer Support Representative you will be;

  • First point of contact providing customer service over the phone.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with the customer
  • Logging incidents and managing support processes with the customer.
