We're looking for a talented Technical Business Analyst to join our domain and be part of the transformation journey of our HRIS systems and capabilities.

In this exciting role, no two days will be the same. You will use your exceptional research and analysis skills in collaboration with your team of engineers, developers and testers to deliver high quality recommendations and requirements, that ensures our products meet the needs of our internal and external customers and key business stakeholders.

Alongside our Product Owner, you will support and enable new agile ways of working within the team to drive positive delivery flow to our customers. Day to day you will:

• Plan, estimate, coordinate and implement change according to agreed standards and using agreed business analysis processes, tools and artefacts including any documentation.
• Provide interpretation of technical information to the business and business information/requirements, non-functional requirements to technical teams to enable delivery of optimal solutions.
• Own requirements management including decisions on conflicting requirements and effective change control and clarification processes relating to requirements.
• Ensure there is complete understanding of project/initiative objectives, technical and business requirements within the team you are part of.
• Undertake timely engagement and ongoing communication with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met and expectations are being managed

We're looking for an exceptional person who is technically minded as well as flexible and adaptable in their approach to business analysis with a broad range of inter-personal and analysis skills. Your strength is interpreting customers' needs and working with the team to select the right solution to deliver value into successful outcomes for our customers. You will also bring:

• 3 - 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally working with technology teams
• Familiarity with software, applications, and integration technologies
• Experience working with People / HR technology products or services
• Experience working within an Agile development environment
• Experience working in and co-ordinating projects ranging in size and scope
• Good communication, facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills
