Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Support Officer to join our Group Payroll team.

Reporting directly to our Group Payroll Manager and based in our Cremorne Head Office, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll processing for our stores and fulfillment centres and supporting the overall Payroll team.

With a great opportunity for growth and development, you will utilise your strong administrative and customer service skills as well as apply your tech savvy nature to provide assistance to the team as required across multiple areas. Your proactive approach, great attitude and helpful nature will support your success in this role.

Your day-to-day:

• Provide support with payroll processing for all stores and Fulfilment Centres across all brands
• Process payroll data and paperwork
• Manage customer queries
• Provide assistance to Group Payroll Manager and Payroll team as required
• Work on ad hoc projects
• General administration

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Administration or Customer Service experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Award Interpretation skills and Payroll system skills advantageous
• Strong time management, attention to detail, planning & organisational skills
• A team player who communicates and collaborates effectively
