YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Utilise your proactive and organised approach to support 3 Partners in our Indirect Tax Team, based in our Sydney Office. You will enjoy working within a fast paced dynamic environment as an integral day to day support to three partners, their team and clients. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Full diary & email management including effective stakeholder management;
  • Event and conference, webinar planning and management for clients and teams;
  • Corporate compliance - preparing ASIC forms and minutes and related documents and company searches 
  • Draft and edit correspondence, proposals, letters, reports, agendas, meeting notes and action points;
  • Debtors/Fees – prepare emails and send to clients to follow up outstanding debts; run WIP reports; 
  • Database and system management – update Salesforce on a regular basis with true and accurate information;
  • Proactively organise and plan travel and accommodation both domestic and international;
  • Timesheet & Expense management of all three partners;

Ideally you will have experience in Executive or Team Assistant position and are passionate and motivated to succeed. You like to be ahead of the game and think before the Partner needs to ask. You are responsive, organised, and show high level of initiative. 

This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Excellent diary management skills and experience managing stakeholders and prioritising time;
  • Proven experience of managing confidential materials and issues;
  • Strong communication skills and experience in an internal client-facing environment;
  • Strong MS Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptable and intuitive experience working with various systems and software
  • Salesforce or similar experience is highly desirable
