The role

As Team Leader, you will use your clinical expertise and technical knowledge of occupational rehabilitation to lead, support and develop a multidisciplinary team of 7 Rehabilitation Consultants You will be primarily responsible for the delivery of customer and client KPIs and operational targets of your team.

You will also guide and influence the rehabilitation journey of your own portfolio of clients returning to work or life after a period of injury or illness.

In this role, you’ll be….

• Providing leadership, support, and direction to your team
• Managing the operational performance of your team to meet client rehabilitation outcomes
• Driving high levels of customer and stakeholder satisfaction
• Managing a range of customer accounts including Worksafe, DVA and TAC
• Achieving effective outcomes for clients through teleconference, employer visits, worksite meetings or client visits

What we are looking for:

• Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
• Experience liaising with clients, Insurers, and employers
• Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
• Drivers’ license, willingness to travel locally
• A current, or ability to hold a Working with Children Check
