As a front office Manager, you will take care of the guests from the moment they book their appointment through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
What you will be doing:
Book appointments, Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
Take initiative to add a personalized experience
Proudly promote the salon's facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a customer's experience through up-selling
Supervise Overall process of the front office department
Ensure that appointments are dealt with effectively, while maximizing revenue.
Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that calls are answered promptly and politely as per standard procedure.
Warmly greeting clients, walking them to the proper beauty station and alerting assigned beauticians of their arrival
Booking and confirming appointments via phone
Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts
Your experience and skills must include:
Service focused personality is essential; experience of minimum 02 to 03 years in the hospitality sector is an asset
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
