Job Description
This is a high-visibility and cross-functional role. You will be working collaboratively with senior leaders across the organization including marketing, product, business intelligence, sales, client services, legal, finance, corporate communications and others.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a professional network and maintain productive strategic relationships at the executive level with our partners
- Lead the strategy and the development of the partner program supporting Bell Business Markets with insights from Product, Sales and Marketing
- Lead and develop a team of seasoned partner development managers – supporting proposals, deals, NPI, programs
- Conduct a regular analysis of the health of the partner ecosystem to support plan refinement
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of partner programs and performance
- Support interactions between executive teams with regular cadence updates and escalations
- Work effectively with Marketing Communications to define, develop and implement communication plans and activities that would support program goals. This includes but is not limited to training, collateral, webinars, tradeshows, promotions, etc
- Ensure the right resources, processes and platforms are in place to deliver on objectives with speed and accuracy
- Create a culture of assessing and learning by conducting regular performance and ROI analysis to understand effectiveness of the partner strategy, and make continuous improvements
- Support professional performance KPIs and career growth plans for individuals on your team

Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in business and/or equivalent work experience
- Previous telecommunications experience is preferable
- Experience in Partner/Vendor Management
- Minimum 4-5 years of team leadership and development
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
