Job Description

We have an opportunity for an outgoing, confident, and dynamic Team Assistant to join our busy Sydney team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Office Administration Manager, this role will provide high quality administrative support to our team of Executive Assistants, while providing exceptional customer service to our Clients and Candidates.

This busy, challenging, and exciting opportunity requires a proactive, and self-motivated individual with the ability to be self-sufficient and comfortable with adapting to change.

You are efficient and have an eye for detail. Your skills as a communicator, along with your ability to prioritise workloads is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results.

As you will be liaising with clients on an ongoing basis your communication both written and verbal must be to a high standard.

 


Daily activities

  • Day to Day administrative support, including assisting with diary management, scheduling meetings, booking travel, project management and researching and preparing materials, as necessary.
  • Assist Executive Assistants with the running of recruitment assignments including but not limited to, preparing material for client meetings, updating Bullhorn database, formatting of reports for client meetings.
  • Liaising regularly with Clients and Candidates.

  • Lively and positive personality with great verbal and written communication skills for building and maintaining rapport internally and externally.

Experience

  • Minimum 1years experience as an Administration Assistant, Team Assistant, Receptionist or similar in a corporate environment.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe skills.
  • Experienced in complex diary management and managing multiple people and their priorities.
