We are seeking two motivated and reliable Team Administrators, who will be assisting the Whanau Home Quarantine Programme led out of the Northern Region Covid-19 response within the Northern Region Health Coordination Centre (NRHCC). This is a great opportunity to be involved with making a difference to our community.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Team Administrator will be responsible for providing hands on support and high quality administrative assistance to the Whanau HQ programme. This includes, but not limited to minute taking, administrative and meeting support, filing and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast paced environment, has the ability to learn quickly and has a can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task. We work closely as a team so you will be a strong team player.
