One of our wonderful Tax Managers is off on an exciting secondment to Germany with T&G's parent company, BayWa - so we're looking for a new Tax Manager to join our Auckland based team in June, with a focus on NZ, Australia, and AsiaPac.

Reporting to our Head of Tax, this role offers a unique opportunity in the NZ market to gain exposure to a global, multi-entity organisation. You'll relish the complexity, autonomy and scope this role offers. Key responsibilities include;

• Provide tax advice across M&A, withholding taxes, international tax, GST and FBT
• Review of NZ income tax returns and Australian rax return filings
• Preparation of tax calculations and notes for the worldwide group and parent reporting at half-year and year-end.
• Support the global tax compliance programme, including liaison with external tax advisors, audits, reporting, transfer pricing disclosures and lodgement.
• Assist with T&G's tax governance and risk management, including rolling tax type reviews and process documentation
• Contribute to tax related projects and business transformation projects
