We work and collaborate globally to address complex business issues and our solutions include a focus on digital Talent transformation, large scale global initiatives focused on innovations, cultural change, efficiencies, process improvements and enabling a better employee experience. In addition, we also focus on changes to Talent operating models, Talent strategy, and advising on the people aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

As an Associate Director, you will lead projects that help Talent deliver better experiences for employees and candidates, develop workforce strategies, design compelling employee value propositions, and identify and help manage people risks. Most of these projects will be enabled through the implementation or enhancement of a technology and will focus on enhancing our workforce potential to support business objectives more effectively.
Your key responsibilities
Lead the delivery of complex global projects, working with teams across functions and geographies to achieve the project objectives
Understand business needs, advise on project objectives and scope and shape the project approach and plan
Lead delivery of required project outputs or work packages, deliver the product to cost, quality and time expectations
Advise the stakeholder throughout the project lifecycle and maintain the highest standards of client service throughout
Synthesize analysis output to understand underlying business performance issues and propose recommendations for change
Ensure key project documentation are in place and understood (e.g. charter and plan, business case)
Demonstrate system thinking by recognizing the integration of process, organization and people, technology, and data and to achieve intended outcomes and to articulate change impacts to existing solutions and/or effects to stakeholders
Own senior stakeholder relationships to ensure they are engaged, informed, and consulted as appropriate throughout the project lifecycle
Own project budget and ensure timely and accurate reporting and overall governance
Proactively participate in the development of the Strategic Talent Projects team (e.g. participate in a Community of Practice to help develop methodologies and/or tools in: critical thinking/problem solving, business analysis, project management, design thinking, process design, change management, organization design, etc.)
Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the Talent eco-system and with EY delivery partners.
Demonstrate high levels of teaming and agility. Work effectively as ‘one team’ with Talent project colleagues

To qualify for the role, you ideally will have
Educated to degree level
Ideally have a background working in either a Big 4 or a global management consultancy firm with an appropriate management consulting background
Excellent project management/business consulting skills as well as proven experience with utilizing standard project methodologies
Proven ability to translate complex business analysis into actionable recommendations through to implementation.
Ability to establish and maintain credibility and excellent client relationships across many different functions and organization levels.
Background in leading projects on a global level to a dispersed client base, ideally with experience across both emerging and developed markets
Experience with participating in the embedding of change initiatives in global, matrix organizations (such as EY)
Experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, complex environments to deliver required results
Due to the global nature of the role, willingness to work alternative hours as well as English language skills; excellent written and verbal communication is required
