We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team based at our Head Office in Alexandria.

You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of our internal recruitment process working with key internal stakeholders on a national level. You will provide high quality, end to end recruitment support to our expanding business across all business lines. And above all, you will demonstrate your passion for people and always aiming to recruit only the best talent!

Reporting to the National HR Manager and working alongside the HR team, responsibilities will include strategising with key managers across the business to source the best talent in the industry, managing our ATS system, coordinating and managing recruitment campaigns including advertising across various industry related platforms, pre-screening talent, scheduling and attending interviews, negotiating offers and taking successful candidates through the on boarding process.

We are looking for a self-starter who can manage their own time and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment.

• You have experience working in recruitment, either internal or external;

• You understand the importance of proactive recruitment in ever changing markets and are driven to build and manage talent pools of candidates and keep strong relationships.
• You have demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring managers.

This is ideally a full-time position however part time will be considered. 

You\'ll also need a current Police Clearance (or a willingness to obtain).
