ABOUT THE JOB

This is an entry-level full time 6 months fixed term recruitment role. Where you will be supporting multiple business units with their recruitment needs. The main duties and responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and advertise job positions for the notice boards and job boards
• Candidate sourcing and preparation of shortlists
• Prepare and update job descriptions
• Conduct reference checks
• Prepare employment agreements and other relevant documentation
• Prepare recruitment reports

We utilise traditional recruitment portals like Seek, Trademe, Linkedin, and Indeed.co.nz. However, we are expanding our recruitment activities into other social media like Facebook, and Instagram.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role you will need to be an adept processor to ensure that the recruitment activities run like a well-oiled machine, if you don’t have attention to detail and strong follow-up it’s easy for things to fall over quickly! 

This job is all about communicating, so you need to be good at it, and more importantly enjoy it. You’re our recruitment brand ambassador every time you pick up the phone to an internal or external stakeholder. 

You also need to be able to work independently and balance the different tasks of a recruiter in a fast-paced environment. This is not a role where there is a single process to follow, there are a diverse set of tasks that you need to be able to shift across based on changing priorities.
