The Role

We know a recruitment pipeline is only as good as the talent that feeds into it. That's why our Talent Acquisition superstar will be tasked with attracting, engaging, and nurturing a wide variety of top talent from across the globe. Not only that, we’re on a mission to increase the diversity of our talent community in every possible sense - and we're looking to you to help us do it.

Alongside sourcing, our Talent Acquisition Consultant will also help with front-end recruitment activities. Think application reviews, conducting video interviews, recommending candidates to progress, and more - depending on interest and capacity.

Some of the things you might be involved in initially include:

• Developing a strategy for reaching the best, brightest, and most diverse humans across the globe
• Actively sourcing candidates for upcoming and open positions to create a pipeline of awesome talent
• Becoming an expert in selling Osho’s vision, purpose, and culture to potential candidates
• Owning the talent pooling function of our ATS, making recommendations on how to improve the experience for us and our candidate
• Being active in the global tech industry, stay up to date with trends and themes
• Building relationships with universities to tap into emerging talent
• Investigating job boards, referral schemes, industry bodies, social media, and other creative ways of reaching people
• Support our efforts to create a world-class candidate experience
• Conducting job requisition interviews with hiring managers to uncover the true purpose of a role, and using this to draft job ads
• Reviewing applications and video screening candidates

About You

We think you’ll be a fit for this role if you:

• Are a bubbly, positive person who loves connecting with people
• Are a quick learner who knows how to ask the right questions
• Have 2-3 years experience in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles
• Are experienced in creating and nurturing talent pools
• Have worked with applicant tracking systems
• Have created and implemented strategies to increase the diversity of applicant pools
• Have an infectious passion for Osho and what we do
• Have experience or passion for working in a start-up environment
