Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field required
• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or relevant experience required
• Prior people management experience, managing and coaching a team of direct reports
• Strong Tech and Product Recruitment experience, with understanding of talent market
• Comprehensive experience with the recruitment life cycle with particular expertise in both passive and active sourcing recruitment strategies
• Strong communication skills and a high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and departments

Job Responsibilities

• Manage relationships to understand business needs and priorities to help build a comprehensive sourcing and talent acquisition strategy
• Partner with various stakeholders to understand business challenges and focus recruiting efforts to align with the workforce plan
• Create and maintain strong relationships with all levels within the organisation to build successful partnerships
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop members of the team across multiple locations
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for current open roles within the organisation and identify future talent needs
• Coordinate with TA Lead to develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies, striving to bring in the best talent
