· Experience working with Agile teams in DevOps operating process environments
· Experience testing for an enterprise application through the entire development life cycle right through UAT and production readiness
· Possess hands-on experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, Soap UI, UFT, JMeter and Katalan Studio
NOTE
Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Hybrid" due to COVID-19 related work from home direction. Once HSC staff are required to return to the office, the resource under this request may be required to work onsite as well.

Scope
The Justice Technology Services - Digital Design Branch requires 2 Systems Testing QA Specialists senior to lead and manage the testing for the delivery of Criminal Justice Digital Design (CJDD) initiative products for the ICON Integration Platform solutions.
Assignment Deliverables
The QA Specialist will be working as a senior tester on various CJDD products. They will be testing product releases to ensure the developed applications and enhancements meet specifications and are ready for business validation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that defects and issues found are accurately logged, tracked, and resolved.
Key deliverables will include:
· Documentation – Participate in creation of test scenarios, test data and training documentation
· Support – Assist with troubleshooting production issues and support day-to-day operations
· Testing - Executing test scripts to identify, document, and track software defects found during testing
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
· Prepare and maintain test plans and test cases following client specifications.
· Perform functional testing across different test levels: core component, integration, and acceptance to ensure high-quality releases.
· Execute test plans, monitor test execution, and ensure that sufficient testing is carried out before go-live.
· Management and maintenance of defects in Agile work management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
· Review user documentation and provide feedback to improve application alignment and clarity of the information.
· Assist clients during User and/or Business Acceptance Testing.
· Liaise with business users, business analysts, and developers to ensure that planned testing meets project requirements.
· Working closely with developers holding triage sessions and ensuring appropriate prioritization of defects
· Working closely with the Product manager, prioritize, schedule and remediation defects.
· Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
· Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members
· Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
A note on Assignment Type:This position is currently listed as "Onsite"; however, the consultant will be remote due to COVID-19 related Work from Home (WFH) direction. Once the I&IT cluster staff are required to return to the office, the resource under this request will be required to work onsite as well.

Quality Assurance Skills = 40 points· 7+ years of demonstrated experience in defect tracking using a collaborative tool to manage defects and change request and to communicate status of these to all project participants.
· Demonstrated experience in developing test plans, test scripts and test data; documenting software defects and tracking resolutions.
· Experience with User Acceptance Testing and leading initial UAT sessions

· Demonstrated experience working with clients and technical teams to ensure effective resolution of defects and management of change requests are complete
