Must Haves:

·       5+ Years of experience with large volume data quality analysis, data profiling, data masking, transformation & cleansing, data extraction & loading from heterogenous data sources to Cloud

·       Experience and knowledge of data migration between different sources/targets on-prem and Cloud, of varying data repository technologies, IMS, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server and Data Lakes

·       Developing Sequel (SQL) scripts

·       Experience and knowledge with Azure Cloud Computing, Azure Service Model (e.g. IaaS, PaaS) and Azure storage technologies

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Description:

A note on Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Onsite"; however, the consultant will be remote due to COVID-19 related Work from Home (WFH) direction. Once the I&IT cluster staff are required to return to the office, the resource under this request will be required to work onsite as well.

Monthly Performance Status Report

·Progress and specific accomplishment against the deliverable are described

·Status of consultant’s deliverable compared to the project Baseline

Task 2

Analyze existing PCT data model, data elements and business/data rules, profile the data and identify potential data issues.

·Data analysis and identification of data anomalies requiring data profiling

·Data tokenize and standardization, where necessary

·Profile the data, analyze and document profiling results and data quality issues

·Investigate data issues and communicate potential business operational implications

Provide support and consultation

·5+ Years’ experience with data quality and ETL technologies, programming and tools such as Informatica Data Quality or OEDQ

·Experience and knowledge with data quality life cycle, data trending, dashboard and reporting with tools such as PowerBI

·5+ Years’ experience with data migration principles and best practices

·Experience and knowledge of data migration between different sources/targets on-prem and Cloud, of varying data repository technologies, IMS, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server and Data Lakes

·Proven experience in developing SQL*Loader scripts, optimized PL/SQL, complex queries with SQL, T-SQL, Unix/Linux scripts (e.g. Perl)

·Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, relational and hierarchical database technologies

·Experience and knowledge with Azure Cloud Computing, Azure Service Model (e.g. IaaS, PaaS) and Azure storage technologies

·Experience with the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Tool and DevOps

·Experience and knowledge with Siebel EIM/EAI, OCH, EBS

·Experience working in accordance with policies and procedures of Ontario Public Service

·Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills

·Ability to work independently and with good quality on concurrent multiple projects
