As a System Administrator at National Bank, you will:

• Monitor the status of the IT assets you are responsible for and ensure they are stable
• Automate procedures and responses to operational requests to reduce manual intervention
• Take charge of user incidents and issues that cannot be resolved at Level 1 and 2 (IT Service Desk)
• Create, document, implement and oversee the operational change plans
• Install, upgrade and configure the software components to securely operate the IT assets/services you are responsible for
• Ensure the stability and availability of assets you are responsible for during patch installation
• Engage in a culture of cybersecurity innovation

• Good knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, and identity and access management
• Sound knowledge of Unix/Linux systems
• Experience with Azure Active Directory Seamless Single Sign-On
• Knowledge of OpenSSO, an asset
• Sound knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML 2.0, OAUTH, OIDC
• Knowledge of the following programming languages and automation tools:
  • Python, Java
  • REST API
  • Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub
• Knowledge of the following elements, an asset:
  • Rundeck
  • OpenShift/Kubernetes
  • AWS cloud
  • LDAP directories
  • Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Identity Management (OIM), Oracle Access Management (OAM), Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM)
