Sulles Pty Ltd has an opportunity for an experienced Franchise Development & Operations Manager for our Sydney Home Ice Cream Depot located in Huntingwood. Reporting to the National Operations Manager you will provide valuable input into the strategic vision and direction of the Home Ice Cream Franchise platform.
Home Ice Cream is an Australian owned Franchise business and we are very proud of our 34 year history and the on-going success of our home delivered bulk Ice Cream market.
POSITION PURPOSE
You will be a strong communicator who is adept at maintaining a high rapport with our Franchisee business partners, whilst striving to build and maintain strong and respectful business relationships with stakeholders of all levels. You will have a strong Think Safe, Act Safe leadership focus, and continuous improvement mindset. You will oversee the operational support and compliance of the Home Ice Cream Network. You will actively participate in creating new and/or maintaining existing Home Ice Cream territories, inclusive of consistent compliance to Home Ice Cream's safety standards and applicable state laws — roads.
- Manage operational activities, cost expenses and stock control.
- Submit accurate reports within designate time constraints, inclusive of field and operational audits.
- Assist Franchisees in achieving optimum sales results.
- Ensure that fleet vehicles and equipment are maintained and serviced/repaired.
- Proactive management to ensure that operational KPI’s are consistently achieved.
- Ensure that new Franchisee business partners are trained and guided.
- Proactive leadership of operational employees, hands on and by example. Recruit, induct and train your team to consistently exceed sales target KPI’s, exceptional customer service levels and business objectives. Conduct performance reviews, influence, engage and motivate your team.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
- 5+ years demonstrated operational and logistics experience.
- 5+ years demonstrated employee-management leadership abilities, inclusive of the ability to monitor and measure performance.
- 5+ years demonstrated management experience in customer relations.
- Management experience in the FMCG industry will be looked upon favourably.
- Proven ability to accurately track inventory, and submit relevant reports to all stakeholders within designated time constraints.
- Advanced computer literacy skills proficiency.
- Strong math skill, and an analytical mind.
- Current high-risk forklift licence.
- Current Australian drivers licence.
- Flexible availability, inclusive of Depot call-outs.
- Physical capability to perform the inherent requirements of the position.

- Australian working rights.
