The SwimMagic Swim School based at Splashhurst Community Pool has opportunities for swim instructors to join the swim school team on a part time basis.

The Role

Lessons are conducted in the mornings, evenings as well as the weekends so you must be flexible with the hours you are available to work. This particular role will be a mixture of working afterschool hours and Saturday mornings.

Skills

Our ideal candidate is someone who is flexible, mature, and reliable and has a positive enthusiastic attitude.   You must have a passion for swimming and be comfortable working with preschoolers, babies and children with various levels of ability, both in and out of the water.  Experience or relevant qualifications would be advantageous. Please note a First Aid qualification is preferred but not essential.

You must be able to work well within a team in a professional manner and within a structured system. You will be dependable, honest, organised and have excellent communication skills.
