Description

The Surveyor is responsible for planning, directing and conducting construction surveying work to determine conformance and set out construction projects; 

 

Job Tasks and Duties:

 

  • Preparing site plans and survey reports;
  • Supervising the preparation of plans, maps, charts and drawings to give image representations;
  • Conducting all activities in accordance with the integrated management system;
  • Keeping adequate quality assurance records for each individual task undertaken;
  • Checking all instruction for relevant quality requirements prior to completion of task;
  • To operate unsupervised on whatever precision surveys directed or required to do by the Project Surveyor/Management;
  • High precision conformance surveys as directed or required by the Project Surveyor;
  • High precision construction set out surveys as direct or required by the Project Surveyor;
  • Direct/supervise L&L assistant surveyors as required;
  • Experience required: Bachelor’s Degree in surveying
  • Full-Time minimum 38 hours per week
  • Salary: $86,724.00 to $100,000.00 /year
