Your new company

A well-established consultancy who have been around for over 3 decades. They are a multi-disciplinary consulting firm with significant experience across planning, surveying, and engineering in all forms of land development. They are now seeking a intermediate surveying technician who can help grow their engineering team and deliver high quality consulting services.

Your new role

Your new role will include assisting the senior surveyor in an interesting array of projects.

Task will include but won't be limited to:

• Detailed field work and calculations
• Cadastral surveying utilising magnet software
• Site survey monitoring works and calculations
• Preparation of reports, sketches, and/or drawings

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a desire to learn and grow, an ability to manage yourself and your work, and good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues. You will also need:

• A relevant qualification in surveying/civil engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in New Zealand
• The right to live and work in New Zealand
• Work well in a team, and enjoy a laugh
