Job Description

The Job

We are currently seeking applications from female support workers to fill a passive overnight roster for an aged care female client living with dementia. Our client lives in the Adelaide Hills and we are looking for people-focused staff who will be able to assist her to live well at home.

This roster if based across every night of the week from 22.00 - 07.00

 The job entails a variety of tasks such as:

  • Managing a client with challenging behaviours
  • Managing a client with Dementia
  • Managing continence needs
  • Mealtime preparation
  • Assisting daily living tasks
  • Medication support
  • Social and community support
  • Domestic cleaning

The Terms & Conditions

  • Must be able to work across a roster that is at night
  • Must either live in the Adelaide Hills or is committed to travel to the Adelaide Hills
  • Work is available in this clients home immediately
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per government guidelines
  • Full clean driver’s licence and a well maintained vehicle
  • Cert III or above in Individual Support/Disability/Aged Care
  • Working with Children Check (DHS) and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • National Police Clearance
  • Experience is desirable
