An opportunity to help people!

Come and join our team! We are seeking a Disability Support Worker located in Caboolture to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Previous experience working with clients with Cerebral Palsy preferred
• A full drivers license and your own reliable vehicle
• A current NDIS Workers Screening Check, Blue Card, Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificate
• A Certificate III (or higher) in Disability Care, Home & Community Care, Aged Care or Individual Support AND/OR knowledge and skills gained through 1-2 years of experience in a similar ro
