We do everything from pipeline inspection and repair, to drainage maintenance, hydro excavation, liquid waste management, specialist industrial and marine services, ultra-high-pressure water-jetting and more!

More about the job:

We now have an opportunity for an experienced Support Office Administator to help us in our Support Office Role.

  • Take a lead role in ensuring our Administration teams across the country are supported and working in a consistent manner
  • Process improvement in all things administration (Nationally) and ensuring these processes are documented and followed
  • Support the CEO and SLT as required with such duties as preparing reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
  • Office Management - serves as the go-to for Support Office, including welcoming guests, general administrative duties & Maintaining a tidy office space
  • Leads Support Office staff in organising and maintaining accurate files and databases
  • As required, enters and tracks information in operational costing, invoicing, and time sheets

More about you:

You will be a strong communicator, highly accurate, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, with a calm and empathetic personality.

  • At least 3 years' experience in an Head Office Manager / Lead Administrative Role
  • Services business or logistics background preferred
  • Proven accounts support experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft and accounting software packages
  • Literate and numerate skills
  • Sound attention to detail
  • A doer and a finisher nature with a good sense of humor
  • Good organisational, administrative and time management skills
