The Support Engineer Inter is required to provide excellent customer experience and solution support to BY customers. Passionately collaborates and engages within and beyond his/her team with empathy. Build core competency with the tools and technologies, product and domain, solution architecture etc. Consistently demonstrates customer centricity and relentless attitude to innovate through teamwork.
Required Skills
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain or equivalent degree.
Technical Knowledge:
Writing/reading code and handled databases
SQL
PL/SQL
Linux, Python
Machine Learning
Java
Advance English (speaking, writing and reading)
Responsibilities
Work along the Warehouse Management System Dispatcher support team.
Assist the team in resolving simple to medium support cases for our customers.
Learn the logistics of a warehouse system (Receiving, Picking, Shipping) with an enterprise application of more than 20 years in the market.
Get hands on experience in the support of an enterprise application focused on Supply Chain.
